Characteristics
CAMK17510 is the most commonly high conductivity copper beryllium alloy (with electrical and thermal conductivity from 45 to 60 %). It is a high performance material that provides a unique combination of relatively high electrical and thermal conductivity and high strength. And it is a heat treatable copper alloy with a high tensile strength and can be supplied fully hardened, and have good form. It is utilized when a combination of very good mechanical strength along with moderate electrical and thermal conductivity is required.
Application
CAMK17510 is widely used as connectors, terminals, relays, springs, switches or building materials, daily necessities, mechanical parts, etc. as parts of electrical/electronic equipment, such as: 1. Electrical: Instrument Parts, Connectors, Heavy Duty, Relay Parts, Conductors, Switch Parts, Fuse Clips. 2. Fasteners: Washers, Fasteners, Lock Washers, Retaining Rings, Roll Pins, Screws, Bolts. 3. Industry: High-flux electromagnets, heat transfer plates, welding equipment, springs, die-cast plunger heads.
